The focus of SIIS 2019 will certainly be issues of the digital economy: such topics as “Straight-through digital technologies”, “Creative economy: a figure in humanitarian projects”, Cybersecurity, and others.

Another interesting area of the Forum will be the development of Russian IT developers’ products export. The following questions will be explored: whether such zones would give a boost to increase export, what is needed and what should not be taken into account while creating such zone, how to prevent the profit centers of Russian IT companies from moving. Two round tables “IT export: problems and solutions” and “Intellectual property when accessing international markets” will be dedicated to discussion of best export practices and ways of using intellectual property when accessing international markets.

Since the federal-level project "Akademgorodok 2.0" was initiated in 2018 in the Novosibirsk region we plan to conduct several events in the direction of "IT for Science and Education” at the SIIS Forum.
